Matthew began his musical career playing Hendrix and VanHalen on his guitar. Then he discovered classical piano music and fell in love with it - taking his first piano lesson when he was 16. Eight years later, with an undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University and a masters in piano performance from the University of Oregon, Matthew is sharing his love for music with others through private lessons.

Carving their way across America, Buddy the Viking and the Reverend Butter, two premiere ice carvers from Texas, have taken the art of ice sculpting to a new level with Ice Fight competitions. In a 45 minute competition, in front of a live audience, Buddy and Butter cut away at blocks of ice. creating mouth dropping ice sculptures. They compete with challengers where the audience decides the winner.
Len Olson is Founders owner and wine master. His experience dates back to the late 1960's when Olson and a partner planted the first commercial European vines in Michigan. They went on to plant 27 grape varieties, which included Aurora, Vidal Banc, Baco Noir, Marechal Foch, De Chaunac, Chamborcin, Cascade, Chardonnay, Seyval, Vignoles and Johannesburg Riesling. Len obtained the first new Michigan winery license since prohibition and opened Tabor Hill in 1972. As winemaker at Tabor Hill, the winery won several awards and medals and was served in the White House under Gerald Ford's presidency. Len left Tabor Hill in 1982 and pursued other opportunities in the beverage industry, including beer-making in northern Indiana and winemaking in Kentucky, where he was recognized as one of the founding members of the Kentucky Grape and Wine Council.
