CΔRBiΞ✯WΔRBiΞ's Stone Roses Tribute

I WANNA BE ADORED - A celebration of The Stone Roses at The Workers Club in Fitzroy featuring the cream of the crop of Melbourne bands plus one special unannounced mystery band.

The Stone Roses released a few singles and only two albums - the first of which is considered one of the greatest of all time. After breaking up in spectacular fashion in 1996 and spending the next 16 years taking pot shots at each other in the press, it seemed any chance of a reunion was impossible. Yet The Stone Roses recently announced a reunion and massive world tour this year and suddenly they're one of the hottest bands in the world again.

Beloved of musicians, who venerate their impeccable songcraft and musicianship, the Workers Club is pleased to announce some of Melbourne's best bands and artists joining together to pay tribute to the band with a selection of covers and originals.
