Here is a brief tutorial for those getting started with 3D. This explains how to take separate Left and Right eye CineForm AVI or MOVs and multiplex them into a single CineForm 3D clip.
Update 5/19/2010: While the Muxing features within FirstLight haven't change too much, there are many more 3D feature with the latest Neo3D release.
A film made for the San Diego 48 Hour Film Project for 2009, winning the audience award for its screening group, and winning two jury prizes. Everything you see here was produced within the 48 hours on the weekend of August 14-16th 2009. We drew the genre of Detective/Cop. The required elements where:
character: Amos or Amy Belanger, an historian
prop: a crayon
line of dialog: "that's not what i meant"

our story is loosely based on the escondido elfin forest and questhaven urban legends.
shot with a canon hv20 & hv30 equipped with a jag35 dof adapter with canon 50mm fd lens.
edited in adobe premiere pro cs3 with cineform prospect 4k.
