Jack Collins one of the original founders of Planned Lifetime Advocacy Network speaks about the conditions that created the need for change. Speaking with conviction and emotion he details the prison-like institutions and exclusionary practices of a time when people with disabilities were considered second rate citizens. On the eve of the 20th anniversary of PLAN, Jack takes note of the many and significant achievements made possible by the support of the community.
