The Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative is one of the means the Clark County Juvenile Court is continuing to innovate and evolve. Following the Balanced and Restorative Justice philosophy, the Juvenile Court felt that JDAI goals were consistent with the current direction of the court. JDAI is another means to continue the evolution started many years ago.
