The massive fun fair featured several of the most famous big hitters including; XXL, Crazy Jump, Mission Space and Infinity. In July 2011 coastertouring.com paid a visit to Skara Sommarland in Sweden. The parks big coaster is Tranan, the Worlds only FreeFly coaster from S&S Power.

In 2010 CoasterTouring.com paid a visit to the Maryland State Fair just outside of Baltimore. The fair featured all the usual rides you'd find at US fairs, including Rings of Fire, Kite Flyers and Tilt a Whirls.
In October 2010 Coaster Touring paid a visit to the vintage fair at Hollycombe near Hook in the UK.
Hollycombe has one of the largest collections of vintage rides in the World. This includes a Dobby Set (Gallopers) that is believed to be the oldest mechanical ride in the World.
Other rides include the Steam Yachts, the precursor to todays Pirate Ships and the Razzle Dazzle, a ride described as the first thrill ride.

Rare 8mm cine footage of Sea World Orlando shot in 1975. The video shows off several of the shows the park had a features a very young look Shamu. As you'll notice the park didn't have any roller coaster back then.

Tuctonia was a small amusement park located near Christchurch in Dorset, England. It had a small selection of rides and a large model village. It's reported that some of the model village ended up at Thorpe Park. Tuctonia closed in 1984 and is now a housing estate.

In September 2010 Coaster Touring visited the rarely seen amusement park Strickers Grove in Ohio, USA. The park is only open to the public 4 days a year, the rest of the time it is only available for private hire for corporate picnics etc.
