Each year on Australia Day 26th January, Surfers have gathered in Byron Bay to have a fun filled day & to paddle across Byron Bay. The Paddle is from Watego Beach under the Byron Bay Lighthouse over to the Byron Bay Surf Life Saving Club on Main Beach, on the towns edge.
