Based in the wealthy village of Rock in Cornwall, St Minver CLT provides 12 two and three bedroom bungalows for local people. These houses were built by the residents through a self-build scheme which was managed by the CLT. A second phase of building started on site in March 2010. The National Community Land Trust Network
The National CLT Network is the national body for CLTs that promotes and supports the work of CLTs across England. It aims to achieve a growing and flourishing CLT sector.
The Network was established in September 2010 and is hosted by, but independent of, the National Housing Federation.
It is a membership body and invites emerging CLTs, established CLTs and those who work with CLTs to join the National CLT Network.
