  2. Based in the wealthy village of Rock in Cornwall, St Minver CLT provides 12 two and three bedroom bungalows for local people. These houses were built by the residents through a self-build scheme which was managed by the CLT. A second phase of building started on site in March 2010. In partnership with Cornwall Rural Housing Association (CRHA) this will provide 4 homes for rent (through CRHA) and 8 self build plots for St Minver CLT. This film was

It focuses on the support provided in Cornwall and Cumbria and describes the functions these organisations provide. This model is being further tested in Somerset and Dorset and other support bodies exist in Gloucestershire, Northumberland and in Wales, Shropshire and the Marches. The Network was established in September 2010 and is hosted by, but independent of, the National Housing Federation.

It is a membership body and invites emerging CLTs, established CLTs and those who work with CLTs to join the National CLT Network.
