My second demo (short film) in CentreNAD, Montreal. Done in collaboration with Paul Hannan (character animation) and Jessey Larouche (Architectural Modelling, Secondary Animation, Compositing). I worked on the Character Modelling, Texturing, Matte Painting and Compositing. The assignment was non-realistic animation. Done in Softimage|XSI, Adobe Photoshop and eyeon Fusion.

This was a 3D animation done in Maya for a THX Logo contest. Done in 3 weeks at about 4 - 6 hours a day. with the final week rendering it out and editing together. Kind of inspired by the Independence day scene where they tried to make "friendly" contact with the alien ship, in this case the Logo attacks with sound which manifests itself in this shockwave type effect.
