A short documentary that profiles the second phase of the Unity Wall Mural on the Ogden Point breakwater in Victoria BC.
The Mural, which may one day become the longest in the world, features the art of Butch Dick and Darlene Gait of the Songhees and Esquimalt First Nations whose traditional lands include the area at Ogden Point. The goal of the Mural is to raise awareness of the two local nations and their history in the area. The Mural has been painted by two diverse teams of local youth from the Victoria area.
This film was produced by Cormorant Pictures at the behest and with the support of the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority.
The film was directed by Chris Mock.
