We were working with high falls and how to support uke in their development of ukemi, without breaking our posture or loosing control of the technique.
Nage is Kim A. Tinderholt 1. dan - Founder, main instructor and Technical responsible at Haugesund Aikido Dojo.
Ukes are: Kjetil Skogland and Karl Kristian Valen, both beginners at the time.
We hope you enjoy the video!
