Methodological Meditation on Metta = Friendliness can elevate the mind out of depression. This ancient & classic technique established by last Buddha Gotama can furthermore expand the mind ideally into infinitude. This video explains exactly how to gain this elation. May all beings become thus Happy thereby. :-)
The Buddha on Goodwill (Metta):
"May all my legless friends be happy. May all my two-legged friends be happy. May all my four-legged friends be happy. May all my many-legged friends be happy." Anguttara Nikaya 4.67
Truthful Honesty is the 7th Mental Perfection. Like the moon remains in its fixed orbit around the earth, even so should one stay and stick with the truth, thereby insisting on honesty. This guarantee induces trust, confidence and assured certainty in the mind, as well as in the society. You can play with your drama, but not with your karma..
Any Buddhist disciple should avoid taking anything from anywhere knowing it belongs to another. He should neither steal, nor swindle, nor incite others to steal or cheat. He should completely avoid all theft, deception and fraud. Sutta Nipata 2.397
The second Basic Buddhist Training-rule (precept) is avoiding taking what is not given. Avoidance of all stealing, cheating, fraud, theft, embezzlement and misappropriating of any kind of valuables from any individual or organization that pure and for all advantageous behaviour induces a safe harmony personally and also in any society.
