Server providing KML Services is Open Source http://enmocs.org
Video was made from real Device (not Simulator) connected via Impatica BlueTooth plus some Video snippets showing the Device 'shaking'. Because of Bluetooth the Video isn't as fluid as the real Device. Cutting and rendering using Camtasia on my Mac.
