Randall points out that when looking to invest in Brazil, you shouldn't just look at the huge urban cities like Rio and Sao Paolo but also in places like North Eastern Brazil where economic growth has even outpaced China in recent years.

There are still imbalances between highly and poorly educated people in these places and this presents, for example, opportunities to train workers.

When doing business with Latin American partners, you should be patient and think in terms of a lifelong partner, according to Randall.

Randall is fully behind ExpoPlaza Latina as a way of fostering dialogue and developing relationships between trade partners in Latin and North America.
