    I was told by the yacht crew that when a whale comes up to check you out it is called being mugged. This is off the coast of The Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Southern Humpback Whales that in the 60's and 70's were slaughtered back to a population of only 200 before the whaling stations in Australia went broke.
