A waiter fills his role with style and precision. As he leaves the restaurant and enters the streets of travesty city, this sense of purpose and stability begins to unravel. How will he translate his sense of belonging at work into the more unstructured reality of his personal life? Will he know alternatives when he sees them?

Ryan Fedyk's innovative short animations deal with the desperately directionless drivetrain of urban social life. His protagonists struggle to find meaning in their mundane surroundings. Fedyk's works have been shown in festivals around the world, and he holds a Masters Degree in Animation from the Glasgow School of Art.

This is my second year project, it's an adaptation of The Tiger Who Came to Tea. It uses sign language as the only form of communication between the characters, a narrator tells the story for hearing viewers.

This animation is based on the short story of the same name by Ray Bradbury. It follows the day of an automated house as it goes about its daily chores. Despite the "intelligence" of the house it is unaware that the family that it so dutifully looks after are no longer there.
