We headed back to Shaw's Cove in Laguna Beach with hopes of exploring some of the channels and swim-throughs. Conditions were decent enough for us to get into a few of them before having to turn back. We spent the rest of the dive exploring the outer reef and kelp.

Maybe you saw the video “Good Morning”( vimeo.com/30096787) The shots I used in this new video “The boat is leaving..…” were made on the same morning near the city Kampen. This video begins where the first video ends.
It was a peaceful and beautiful morning with great colours and fog. Three people let down a boat in the water and so I made these images…. with all kind of associations and feelings.
Are they leaving forever.... to another world?

The Royal Navy not suspected how important is the cargo and the Officer Steven approach the Umbria to check. The Captain of the vessel Umbria, Muiesan, decided to scuttle the ship. The precious cargo is still onboard and could never be used again: 360.000 aircraft bombs, ammunition, detonators. The Umbria is a shipwreck, an underwater museum to discover. At Sha'ab Rumi reef, no far form Wingate reef, the face to face with sharks is guaranteed. Commander Jacques Yves Cousteau build Precontinente II (CONSHELF TWO, continental shelf station two), an underwater station, but this is another tale...
