Einar Már is a poet, writer, music lover, and all around master of dialogue. In fact, one of Iceland's greatest poets, writers, and masters of dialouge! We met for a few hours where I tried my best to pick his brain in search of answers to the mysteries of being Einar Már...if there is a "mystery"...But, he gave me a lot of answers as well as advice, and a great evening...thank you for that Einar!

Guðjón, or Gaui, is a good friend of mine. We have weekly meetings that consists of drinking coffee and making amature music videos. Last february on my birthday, Guðjón wanted to give me a party instead of a present. He, his wife Vigga, daughter Þóra and a few other friends made a buffet of food and drinks. Well, Here it is...My name is Daði and I have decided to start the ambitious project of documenting contemporary culture in Iceland. I will make short videos of musicians playing, authors reading, visual artists creating, actors performing and any other craft I can find or think of. I want to capture these people in their studios, in the streets, and in their living rooms. After editing I give the video and audio to the artist
Well, Here it is...My name is Daði and I have decided to start the ambitious project of documenting contemporary culture in Iceland. I will make short videos of musicians playing, authors reading, visual artists creating, actors performing and any other craft I can find or think of. I want to capture these people in their studios, in the streets, and in their living rooms. After editing I give the video and audio to the artist so that he/she may use it in which ever way useful to them. It seems only fair...the artist gives me a performance and I give my work in return...thats the idea at least.
Just think about it… What if you were trapped under something heavy and the mouse was out of your reach? Scary, right? That's exactly why we have these keyboard shortcuts so you can still use Vimeo until the help arrives.
