With Hootabelle, the Giggle & Hoot team has introduced a playmate for Hoot in this cheeky, mischievous owl-pal. She has a tomboy attitude but can turn on the girly-ness when necessary. There is a friendly rivalry between the pair especially when it comes to gaining the attention of Giggle.
ZSPACE designers were given a character description and look, which was then storyboarded, and Hootabelle was created in 3D.

This was my graduation film i made at Kingston University. The enviroment was made in Cinema 4D, the character was hand drawn and the final product was put together in After Effects.
