It was a couple of weeks ago that I was leaving the church, I think it was on Sunday night and somebody said to me, "There's a gentleman who would like to talk with you." And I said, "Sure, great," and I turned around and a man came up and said, "I don't go to your church but we live out of the area, but I love your church and I just feel like the Lord wants me to give you a gift for your church." And he gave me a very large check--very, very large check. A stranger to me who loves this church.

It happened again a week ago out of nowhere someone I had never met, an even larger check. And I just...I tell you that to say that the Lord in most amazing ways meets our needs, from people that are far away from us and don't go to our church, and God lays it upon their heart to be generous with our church. They love our church; they're not even a part of our church. And I just tell you that because you need to know that the hand of God is a hand of loving kindness toward Grace Community Church, even from people that aren't here. And I'm sort of left speechless holding checks in my hand from people that I've met for the first time with a heart of gratitude. And so the Lord continues to enable us to do what He's called us to do....
