Through student dedication and commitment, the Y is a leader in on-campus discussion and dialogue and off-campus service and activism. The Campus Y is celebrating 150 years of social justice and innovation at UNC this year, and it's 21 committees that focus on a particular social justice issue.

150 Years of Y History: From women's rights and integration to recycling and adult literacy. Composed through archival photography and over 50 oral histories of Campus Y students, alumni, and staff. This work was performed by present-day Y students for the 150th Anniversary of the Campus Y on October 15th, 2010.
