The following sounds and images were recorded in old growth redwood forests along the northern California coastline.
This is where the tallest trees in the world live. Some have been alive for 2000 years.

A collection of time lapses showing light and shadows cast on the snow and ice covered slopes of Mt. Rainier. It's hard to describe the feelings one gets when walking in and above the clouds in these landscapes.

Obviously he has been on much more and much larger mountains, but the sentiment is the same.
All shots are video clips < 12 minutes long using the Canon 5D MKII + 16-35mm lens and sped up to varying degrees. Some clips are not sped up.
