German memory champion of 2009 Simon Reinhard broke the Speed Cards world record: On the 5th of June 2010 he memorized a shuffled deck of 52 cards in 21.90 seconds. The former record was held by Ben Pridmore with 24.97 seconds. You can watch his old record here: http://vimeo.com/6270043

This is the final round of the 13th USA memory competition. The three finalists Nelson Dellis, Ron White and Ram Kolli already memorized two deck of cards within five minutes. It starts with Nelson Dellis making a mistake by starting the recall from upside down. Since the rule is "one strike you're out" he is going to be disqualified in the first seconds of this event. I hit the record button a few seconds too late.
