Day one we were in the turkeys right away, but with no decoys or experience we couldn't call them close enough for a shot. Day two brought snow, zero turkeys, and a quiet forest. The rest of the spring season we were focused on bears and didn't get a chance to go back after those Dang Turkeys, but we'll be giving it a more respectable effort next spring.
