New camera mounting position for this season in an attempt to get a feel for white it is like to drive Motor Psycho - expect more experimentation! This run is our 8.30 @ 177 - you can hear Adam pedal it a couple of times when it smoked and shook, and watch out for the bumpy ride at the top end.

Easter wasn't a fantastic meeting as the rain played a bigger part than everyone would have liked, but we managed to get two runs in, one of which yielded a new PB top end speed. ETs were down on those we expected due to trouble getting off the startline, but we netted a 7.79 @ 178 and an 8.30 @ 177 with shake and smoke - the latter being a good sign as the car has started to pick up more pace at the top end.

This is what we got up to at the 2011 Flame and Thunder when we weren't busy setting fire to the car in the name of entertainment. The first pass was an 8.92 @ 162mph, needing a bit of a pedal off the line. On the second pass Adam drove it gently off the line, netting a 7.92 @ 174mph.

A first for Motor Psycho, and what a way to end the season! We were asked by Santa Pod Raceway to perform a Flame Burnout at the Flame and Thunder, their traditional end of season demo extravaganza. Whilst slightly apprehensive at the idea of setting fire to our prized race car we jumped at the chance to do something not many get to do and put on a great show, and immediately said yes.
