On saturday June 13nd 2009, Amsterdam hosted the explosive start of the first annual Dutch offshore rally answer to the Britain Gumball road rally, in which participants thundered along the coast of Holland, from Amsterdam to Den Helder and back to Amsterdam.
The one day event saw everyone from models to tycoons to Olympic gold medalists competing over 100 nautical miles in 30 high end RIB's and powerboats with a combined 30,000 horse-power.
