We were Nominated for BET HIP-HOP Video of the Year with our Video for the Grammy Nominated Song "Kick Push" off Lupe Fiasco's Grammy Nominated Album "Food and Liquor" it was a fun but stressfull shoot in that it was shot in the winter so it was rough on the skaters to act warm and perfom in freezing weather but i paid off.
We Have to Thank Lupe, Chilly and Atlantic Records for the wonderful Opportunities to work with a wonderful artist.

It was shot on location in Nashville, TN with a Panavision Genesis at 24fps, 36fps, and 48fps with 75mm, 50mm, 35mm and 17.5mm prime lenses; recorded to HDCAM SR 4:2:2; edited on Final Cut Pro 6.0.2 with AJA Kona3 using the 10-bit Apple 'ProRes422 (HQ)' codec. Color corrected in Apple's Color. This was my first time using Color - and it rocks! I tracked a few shots, and selectively color-corrected most of the outdoor shots.

Grubbs just posted a behind-the-scenes video. He included a sped up version of the music the way Matthew had to sing it to stay in sync with the slo-mo. Check it out:
