Meditation hilft dir zu innerer Ruhe, Entspannung, neuer Energie und Inspiration. Sukadev Bretz, Gründer und Leiter von Yoga Vidya, führt dich durch die einzelnen Phasen der Meditation: Die richtige Sitzhaltung, die richtige Atmung und die Meditationstechnik. Die hier angeleitete Meditation nennt sich "kombinierte Mantra-Meditation". Sie ist für Anfänger und Erfahrenere geeignet. Du kombinierst eine Atemtechnik mit Bewusstseinslenkung und dem Mantra "OM". Diese Meditationsart ist eine der beliebtesten und effektivsten überhaupt. Die Meditierende vor der Kamera heißt Carlotta und ist Mitarbeiterin in der Ayurveda Oase bei Yoga Vidya Bad Meinberg. We were asked to create some excellent intricate sound design and score for this very beautiful visual journey through Black Ocean's ecosystem. We used some very interesting and unique sound tools when creating this piece. The result is very detailed, subtle and reserved.

I spent a week capturing one of the biggest aurora borealis shows in recent years.
Shot in and around Kirkenes and Pas National Park bordering Russia, at 70 degree north and 30 degrees east. Temperatures around -25 Celsius. Good fun.
