RALEIGH, N.C. — State officials can do more to reduce the risk of serious injury and death faced by migrant farmworkers in North Carolina, according to a coalition of advocates, clergy and others who gathered Tuesday in Raleigh for a symbolic marking of the Day of the Dead.
