My local south london vixen sunning herself in the late afternoon and probably hiding from her cubs. Taken with a Nikon D5000 fitted with 70-200mm set to F/6.8 for optimal sharpness and mounted on a ground pod. Sound track re-recorded to remove the clatter of VR from the lens. Roll-on the D300s with external mic port.

These guys were no more then 5 feet away. They were each about 5 feet tall. I never thought they would be so big.
Two of them are playing with a coke bottle cap they found. They were free to fly around anywhere they wanted it seemed.
This is my first go at an SLR video shoot. It is also been a good while since I used any video editing software (adobe premiere in this case)
Anyway my wife was invited to go with some friends in her engineers club to a roller derby game. I tagged along because I thought this would be a good place to try some video shooting. Excuse some shackey camera work here and there, and please any critiques or advice is welcome.
