Mark Pritchard and Bridget Balodis' Shotgun Wedding premiered at the Next Wave Festival in May 2012 after 18 months development through Kickstart 2011, Next Wave's flagship artist development program.
With the 2012 Festival behind us, we now begin our two-year cycle again; a cycle that starts with the search for Australia’s bravest young emerging artists to take part in Kickstart 2013, and ultimately present their work in the 2014 Festival. In order to maximise our ability support the development of new artists and new work we must also start the search for people that share our values and are willing to support innovative and challenging artists.
