Lucy McRae is a Body Architect. Originally trained as a ballerina, she now creates films, sculpture and images inspired by biology, science-fiction and technology. Her work, both personal and commissioned, blurs the boundaries between art and science and aims to be a catalyst for innovation and the imagination. She was a 2012 TED fellow and is listed as one of the fifty people shaping the future. This is Lucy.
One Minute Wonders
One minute wonders is just that. A series of video portraits of wondrous people, telling their personal story in 60 seconds flat. Artists, entrepreneurs, designers and rain-makers offer up an insight into the individual, their motivations and what really makes them tick. People who live within a moment in time that we define as the Present Plus.
