Our last Transit of Venus is a film project about the Transit of Venus of 5/6 of June 2012. It will be the last of our century.
In Episode 1 (of a series of short films that will cover this unique event) Thomas Widemann, planetary scientist at the Paris Observatory, explains the Venus Twilight Experiment.

You will also find videos made by students from the Széchenyi István Secondary School (Sopron, Hungary) in the context of the "Back to the Future - Observing the Transit of Venus now and then" project, also co-funded by the European Planetology Network. It is based on the 1769 Transit of Venus expedition of hungarians János Sajnovics and Miksa Hell.
