Jai Kishor Labh, lawyer, Human Rights Defender and father of disappeared, died on April 18 2010 in his home. Despite poverty and ill health, Jai Kishor worked tirelessly on the case of his eldest son Sanjeev and four other young men disappeared and killed in 2003, and on other human rights issues in Nepal.
