period and try to do more than simply get rid of names that filmgoers aren’t interested in. I aim to set up the audience for what’s coming; make them expectant.” — SAUL BASS

The second project in FMST13: Experimental Animation course taught by Erica Cho. Swarthmore College Fall 2012.

Objective: Make a 30-second motion graphic title sequence that alters or interprets the experience and meaning of a released film.

Rules:
1. Video: Limit to simple, geometric shapes, using only monochromatic tones.
2. Audio: Select one song for the soundtrack (not from the original film).

Software: After Effects, Sound Editing application.

Time Frame = 5 weeks
Due = Thursday, 10/25/12
