Quiksilver USA team members Balaram Stack & Chase Wilson joined up with Tofino B.C's Raph Bruhwiler for a pretty solid three days of surf. Remote left hand point surf, big chunky tubes, some rights near Tofino, Killer whales. These guys got to see it all in a very short visit. Coming to surf in Tofino and not surfing beach break is a rare experiece not many get to experience unless they come and visit Raph.

On October 15th 2011, adidas team athlete, Sasha DiGiulian became the first American women to climb the grade 9a (5.14d) with her historic ascent of "Pure Imagination" in Kentucky's Red River Gorge. Keith Ladzinski and Andy Mann (Three Strings Media) were there to capture her efforts and tell her story.
As a kid, Sal traced and drew images out of the Gray’s Anatomy books that belonged to his cousin and sister. The teacher was impressed until she found out Sal was copying everything from books. ‘You have to give it something extra’, she said. Sal listened. He continued drawing and he got to be quite good.
