Volunteers contribute 70,000 hours of service at Mount Rainier National Park every year! When floods in late 2006 wiped out roads, trails, bridges, and campgrounds in the park, more than 1700 volunteers responded, along with partners like the Student Conservation Association and Washington Trails Association.
