Emilia and Hanna are the two charming designers behind the Finnish brand R/H. They met while studying at the University of Art & Design in Helsinki and together decided to create the clothing company R/H. The two young entrepreneurs already own a shop in Helsinki, have done fashion shows in various countries and have showrooms in Berlin, Copenhagen and New York.

In 2007 Lærke Hein and her brother opened a restaurant/bar/club/art project named Karriere. They changed the nightlife culture in Copenhagen by locating the bar in an highly unusual location; the abandoned Meatpacking District. This became a huge success and spurred many restaurants, bars and clubs to open in the area surrounding Karriere. Besides Karriere, Hein owns I Like Locals, Here and Away and Youngbeats, plus she is chairman of Distortion Festival and Rabal.
