Racing Green

RACING GREEN is a BBC documentary series filmed, directed and produced by Claudio von Planta.

It's a story about 8 engineering graduates from Imperial College London who built an electric supercar within 9 months to established a world record:

The RACING GREEN team set out to create the first electric car able to drive the entire 26,000km long Pan-American Highway - the longest road in the world. It's a mission to promote engineering, sustainability and education.

RACING GREEN is a clean-tech landmark in the history of the automotive industry. It marks the beginning of the electric vehicle revolution in the 21st Century - similar to the Wright brothers who became the fathers of aviation at the beginning of the 20th Century.
