Manhattan Loft Gardens is the luxury 42 storey hotel and residential tower in the heart of Stratford City and once complete will form an iconic part of the London 2012 Olympic Legacy.
We produced this film for developers Manhattan Loft Corporation, and collaborated with music partners The Mighty Low, who produced a unique score to accompany the visuals.

Timelapse 3d animation created in 3ds max and After Effects. I've always wanted to visit this place with its unique atmosphere. Now, after several months spent with it on my screen, I'm no longer sure about it:) But if this would help to motivate you to pack your things up and visit this ancient Inca's city, then I will be glad!

Videon ämnar till att marknadsföra Platzer Fastigheters nya kontorsfastighet i Gårda.
Fastigheten kommer att inrymma ca 6 800 kvm kontor i 5 våningar och ca 1 600 kvm butik i bottenplan.
Vidare, så finns det möjligheter att sammankoppla kontorsplanen med grannfastigheten för att tillskapa ytterligare ca 3 500 kvm kontor.
Byggstarten är planerad att ske under 2012 med en byggtid om ca 18 måndar.
