These videos document the life of Henry Strongin Goldberg whose story is the basis of the book Saving Henry by Laurie Strongin. Henry died at age 7 after battling a genetic disease, Fanconi anemia.

Henry’s courage and good humor were a source of strength for the many nurses, doctors, friends, and family who interacted with him—and his participation in groundbreaking research saved the lives of other children with the illness.
