The Shoot Out team are especially proud of this project because it had to incorporate so many different aspects of just one organisation. The Widemarsh Workshops are a series of day services for people with learning disabilities. Through continued support, Widemarsh are able to empower people to access work in social businesses, support health and well-being and gain citizenship in their communities through participatory work and volunteering. This film was also the first community shoot for our newest young filmmaker, Dora Grasby- so well done Dora!
"This is a brilliant tool to explain exactly what we do for all sorts of people allied to our work, including new staff, service users, parents and carers, as well as social workers and volunteers. This will also be useful as a starting point for fundraising talks, general inquiries, and advertising our work." Graham Cove - Inclusion Manager, Widemarsh Workshops.
