A young, professional woman is diagnosed with having a left brain only, capable only of logical thought. As her condition deteriorates, her world falls apart before her eyes.

This is modern-day black and white surrealism, heavily inspired by works like Luis Bunuel and Salvador Dali's Un Chien Andalou. It also was the result of a semester-long class project.

A classic story of man vs public pay toilet.

This was the last film I made before leaving film school.

On a side note: When I made this film I had just moved in to a new apartment with some friends. Our living room consisted of three green foldout chairs and a TV. They were nice enough to allow me to construct this bathroom set in the middle of the room. Ah, friends!

A couple weeks before shooting another short, I realized that the idea and my script were middling at best, so I came up with this concept on the fly, took a couple days to write it, and we shot it all in one day in April of 2008. The guy who owns the junkyard was great, very accomodating. I think he thought it was just going to be me and a camera when I originally approached him. The dead guy, by the way, also happens to be my producer Matt. What could be more perfect?
