  2. Time lapse of various fruits and vegetables decaying in fruit jars.

It's the first time someone has managed to make me feel pity for strawberries and water melons. I mean: Watch them how they are throbbing and pulsating desperately trying to fight death, poor creatures!

Shot on a Canon 10D and 300D and edited in After Effects. The images were shot in RAW and I made some colour adjustments in Adobe camera raw before importing them into After Effects.

I did a few "test" pieces before starting this time lapse in order to get a feel for reactions and timings etc using a small jar [from Tesco] and everything went to plan. Bought some large jars [from Ikea] and started the first time lapse. They quickly became full of condensation, bought some small jars, used less fruit and guess what. . . . The Tesco jars with a small amount of fruit worked the best but I did start to get a bad smell from one of the "air tight" jars so aborted the mission

The dub step inspired tuned was created in Cubase on a home made PC
