Over 700 students went through mock interviews with local businesses and got invaluable experience and preparation for the future. The event was held on April 10, 2012 at the Salem Conference Center.

Candalaria Elementary School Principal Clinton Gertenrich agreed to shave his head if his school met their fundraising goal. They met their goal by raising over $20,000 to pay for supplies, clubs, technology, assemblies, and other school events. Gertenrich shaved his head in front of the school during an assembly.
