Another try to use my EOS Canon T2i/550D Rebel as a Phantom Flex camera by using the slow motion software Twixtor.
I am aware of there are some ugly warps but to keep all the nice water shapes from the balloons I had to turn the speed down to 0.1% in some of the scenes. That way it was impossible to avoid the warps.
But I think the cool water shapes are totally worth the warps :)

I was working a gig in Vegas with a brand new Phantom Flex high speed digital cinema camera. I had to try it out. In fact, I never did go to bed that night. I opened up a wormhole shooting at 2,564 frames per second.

Just think about it… What if you were trapped under something heavy and the mouse was out of your reach? Scary, right? That's exactly why we have these keyboard shortcuts so you can still use Vimeo until the help arrives.
