SORTED have launched their Connexions funded cooking skills sessions at Chancellors Sixth Form in Hertfordshire and theyre going down a storm. The raw, cheeky and unplugged sessions show that we dont take ourselves too seriously, and nor should you. Yet the principles behind the cooking and sessions ARE important.
Students will walk away from these sessions with not just a handful of recipes, but an armoury of principles and techniques that can be applied to dozens of ingredients to create hundreds of meals throughout their studies.
