6 international photographers come together to create this video. This is the first attempt at doing this across the globe and as unique as it is, we got it down and we hope you like it. We have to thank the new technologies like Twitter (which is how this started) and Vimeo for this to happen. All the organizing and image file forwarding was through emails and twitter, and communications were so much easier with it. Thank God for technology. :D

“Buenos Aires en movimiento” surge a partir de la técnica de photomotion. La idea fue presentar la ciudad porteña en la actualidad con fotografías que fueron capturadas desde el interior de un vehículo. El resultado: una ciudad en un recorrido fotográfico, sin bajarse nunca del auto.

“Buenos Aires in motion” comes from the photomotion technique. The idea was to present the city at the moment with photos that were taken from inside a car. The result: a city in a photo without ever getting down of the Vehicle.

This video was a great little project in the beginning but, unfortunately turned into a complete travesty that i tucked away on my external hard drive for months. Originally over 60,000 stills and because of my novice skills alot of the images did not posses the quality and flow that i had hoped for and instead of reshooting the entire thing i decided today to cap it short and post it regardless of it's flaws. After all, life is all about the little imperfections that make up our love ain't it?

Just think about it… What if you were trapped under something heavy and the mouse was out of your reach? Scary, right? That's exactly why we have these keyboard shortcuts so you can still use Vimeo until the help arrives.
