Here is a teaser for a short film I was Director of Photography for called Afflicted, Inc. We shot on the Digital Bolex D16 camera in RAW.
The Digital Bolex D16 camera performed flawlessly, here was the workflow:
Shot RAW, transferred 455GB via USB 3.0 to a Thunderbolt Drobo, used LightPost to do basic color adjustments and transcode to ProRes, imported ProRes files to FCP X, edited in FCP X, colored in FCP X, exported as 1080p h.264.
Sometimes girls emotions change so fast...
(Tech note: We love the way the Twixtor artifacts looks even though it is technically bad... makes a very dreamy effect)
Camera: Canon 60D @60P
Lens: Canon 100mm 2.8L Macro
Lights: 3x Westcott TD5, front light in medium softbox, backlights in strip softboxes with grids.
We shot the Streamy Awards 2010 official photos, here are some exclusive motion portraits of the winners and presenters in the video.

Lan shot and edited this video of Vu as a Zombie (makeup by Tracie Cotta) and Tracie as Rogue visiting West Hollywood on Halloween night.
We did a quick bit as Zombie Cop as well for fun... and it allowed for a fun story in the video as well.
Shot entirely with the Canon 7D. The talking shots were done in 1080 24p, and the slow motion shots were 720 60p converted to 24p, frame for frame.
Obviously everything was shot with existing light.
