The first of our video blogs in which we pick up our car and interview the guy we picked it up from! We then go ahead with the old power-wash to give it a good clean and we also leave James alone for 5 minutes a few times to see exactly what happens!! Watch this video to find out more!!

After picking up and cleaning the car, we decide to take it on a test drive to "Go-Ape" where we partake in a little bit of driver training for the Motoscape Rally! Footage also includes Dan's first driving experience in the Mean Machine and more!! Watch this video to find out more!!

After James' incredible success of turning our car radio into a doorstop, we set about getting some music into "The Mean Machine" (5 days and no tunes... Not a chance!) and adding a few other non-traditional modifications to our vehicle! Watch this video to find out more!!

We do a dummy run down to Newquay for a long weekend where we mod "The Mean Machine" further, do a little bit of surfing, a lot of drinking and even a touch of karaoke!! Check out the video to see "The Mean Machine" transformation and the rest of our hijinks!!
The Dick Dastardlies - Motoscape Banger Rally 2009
In 2009, The Dick Dastardlies (aka Dan Perkins & James C Thomson) decided to take part in the Motoscape Banger Rally 2009, a crazy cannonball-esque dash through 5 countries over 5 days in a car that costs no more than £250!
We decided that we would like to do the whole thing for charity and teamed up with justgiving.co.uk and managed to raise over £500 for our chosen charity - Asylum Seekers Support Initiative - Short
